Brig City Apartment – Terms of Use
Please read these terms of use carefully before booking. By booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
1. Booking and payment
• Booking Confirmation : A booking is only confirmed after full payment or receipt of a deposit (as specified).
• Payment methods : Accepted payment methods are credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
• Security Deposit : A refundable security deposit may be required. It will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, subject to inspection.
2. Cancellation conditions
• Strict: Non-refundable
3. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in time: between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM
• Check-out time: By 11:00 am at the latest
• Late check-out: Must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Responsibility of guests
• Maximum occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed 4 people.
• No parties or events: The property is intended for quiet residential use only.
• Noise disturbances: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• Cleanliness: Guests are asked to keep the apartment tidy and clean. They can leave their shoes in the stairwell.
• Damage: Guests must report any damage. Unreported or excessive damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
5. House rules
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Use of facilities: Guests are requested to use all amenities responsibly. Use of the washing machine is subject to a fee.
• Keys: Loss of keys may incur a replacement fee.
6. Safety and liability
• Valuables: The host assumes no liability for the loss or theft of guest belongings.
• Insurance: Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
• Accidents: Guests stay at their own risk. The host assumes no liability for accidents or injuries on the property.
7. Violations of the Conditions
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
• Additional costs for damage, cleaning or legal action, if necessary.
